Comcover Insurance Group, Inc. may normally be reached at 954-942-9000. In the event that normal telephone lines are unavailable, claims may be reported at Comcover’s emergency toll free number: 1-866-389-2407.
Clients may also contact their insurance carriers directly to process claims. We urge you to keep your carrier telephone information handy for this purpose after a storm however, carrier claim information can also be obtained through Comcover’s toll free number until our own telephone lines are available once again.

It is also possible that our Agency email servers may not be available during or after a disaster situation such as a hurricane. We have set up a backup email account which our Service staff can access via the internet from any location in the country. If you are able and must contact us via e-mail you can direct your e-mail to our Emergency/Disaster E-mail account at comcoverins@artizan911.com.
